「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft.
Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub.
Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to...
「Thé view in the backside of the hotel was spectacular however the overall management of the property was poor. While it’s clear construction is going on throughout the area, there were several broken pool chairs, the boards around the pool were loose or coming up, there was trash that was never picked up, rooms poorly cleaned and attention to details was lacking.」
「Absolutely incredible, the location is beyond words. The grounds, beach pool and 3 restaurants were amazing. The rooms are all outstanding. Service 10/10. Bring water shoes!!!」
「Please fix the leak from shower. Leaks in the bathroom and hallway carpet. Smells mold. Replace the entrance carpet just 2-3 m. Smells bad. And spray heavily for mold. It’s a great hotel otherwise and great staff. I loved it. Thank you.」
