「Check in staff helped me find the office as I wasn't sure where it was. Our room was clean and comfortable enough for an overnight stay. The lights had my brother and I a bit confused but we figured it out. Small fee for my dog. Limited parking on the side we were on and the spaces closest to our room were taken. All in all, the pros mostly outweighed the cons, and I will most likely stay there again next time I go that way」

「It is a nice remodeled hotel, staff are very nice and willing to help anything. the only thing is the AC system is not functioning well, and the location is little off far.」

「Staff was great. Only problem was my brother, who smokes. So we had a second floor room, and the stairs wear me out.」

「Staff could have been a little more friendly and keeping the open table area cleaner. Also the pool was frequently out of towels and reception was at lunch so there were no towels. 」

「We stayed at The Dalles Inn which is connected to The Rayland but is the less expensive option. We highly recommend. Super clean. Great bed and pillows. You can tell it’s an older hotel the has been remodeled a few times but it is well done. We would definitely stay there again. Greg at the front desk is amazing.」

They currently have ongoing renovations but it didn’t affect us at all. We look forward to staying angain after work is complete. 」

「It was clean. Lady at desk was a little short with me. Also, didn’t understand why I had to come back in the morning & wait for them to check my room before she would refund my deposit. Not a huge deal but we did wait til last minute to leave so waiting on that made me late for next event 」
