「The hotel, the food and the staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble.」

「Parking was a nightmare but soon sorted out. Service was above and beyond, owner driving around until he found a fish and chip shop open and bringing us back a lovely meal. Super breakfast with lots of choice.」

「Clean and tidy rooms, very spacious with great pillows and a very comfortable bed. The large smart TV was an added welcome bonus. Our rom location meant we could hear loud noise coming from outside the building, but you could hardly hear it if the windows were shut. Staff seemed friendly and were able to accommodate our early check in. 8/10」

「Generally good for the price. The room was comfortable but the bed was too soft for us.」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」

「Great communication from booking site regarding access to building, the room was on the very top floor with unfortunately no lift which if you have mobility issues then this may not be the place for you. The room is accessed by your personal access code which is displayed on the digital door handle, the room is fresh and very modern and surprisingly very quiet for its location. 「The staff were fantastic. So welcoming and kind, nothing was too much trouble. The decor is a little worn, but all tasteful and clean. The bed was comfy, the shower was great and the breakfast was freahly cooked and delicious. 」

「Very honest, pleasant and helpful staff. By mistake I left a backpack with very important personal belongings in the hotel canteen and left. A staff discovered and handed to reception to keep it safely. I drove away from hotel and realized the missing of backpack till 2 hours later. Heartfelt thanks !!!」
