「It was an ok stay, we thought breakfast was included but it’s not」

「Terrible area and hotel. I chose it because of the affordable dog rate. The room was outdated, holes in sheets, hair on one bed. Running and screaming kids in hallway u til midnight. Shady activities in the parking lot. I will never be back, one of the worst places I stayed. I was worried about my vehicle being still there in am .」

「This property is not up to Hampton standards. It is very tired and needs complete remodeling. Although some remodeling was evident, the hallways, rooms, furnishings needs to be updated. Our room was clean, but it had a broken TV, worn sofa, the bed was comfortable. The staff came quickly when we complained about the TV, but by the time the TV issue was solved, we missed the final USA soccer match. Very sad.. 「When we arrived our room was not clean. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, the bathroom door did not close and the AC unit did not have a cover. The day after, there were flies in the room and once we saw a roach crawling on the floor we checked out early in the morning. PLEASE BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!」

「The room that I reserved had a smell of a substance I can’t even describe, when we walked in it hit us like Mile Tyson in his prime in the face. I/we couldnt stay there. The counter guy I think his name was Amish? Was very helpful to give me a refund, I’m going to wait to see if I get the refund because it’s still pending in my account. 「IF NEED TO STAY THERE AGAIN I will but we were from 24th to 1st and not one time did they clean the room. Had to ask someone to clean the bathtub due to hair in it ( when we checked in ). The trash at the stairs to go outside and inside smelled so bad that it had the hall to the room smelling. We had parking was good. Kitchen was cleaned.」

「The communication is TOO good. I received well over a dozen texts or emails during my 2 day stay and it was excessive. It was a large house, and just me on a business trip, but would be great for a family. Very well equipped」

If you are traveling in summer I would not recommend the top floor. Ohio gets super hot. I went during a heat wave. The property was cool but the 3rd floor loft was a bit warm. 「Love the vibe and trendy brewery and the grounds are beautiful. Hotel is clean and quiet. Only problems we experienced were the difficulty getting our luggage in from a far away parking lot on a cart built for beer kegs (I’m assuming)—very heavy and difficult to navigate. Also the floor in the rooms is concrete so very cold on bare feet! But the room is fun and well supplied with products and amenities. Recommend and would stay again.」
