Was charged $100 (without notice, I found out by scrolling through my bank statement) for a broken ironing board. Problem is, I didn't use the ironing board. Property refused to resolve the issue and refund me. Front desk staff was extremely ill-rehearsed in hotel policies, and refused to use any idea of general customer service or professionalism. Property is expensive considering the surrounding area, and the fact that half of it is an outdoor motel. Additionally, the pool was out of service and the property did not notify us prior to the stay, nor compensate for the inconvenience. Property's exterior doors were not locked through the night, anyone could get into the hotel hallways.
