"Was more than pleased with the accommodations. River view room with a lovely sunrise overlooking the Rock River. The breakfast on Monday March 9th was tasty and the dining room attendant was lovely- she mentioned she has working there for several years. This will definitely be our go-to for future Rockford trips! "

"Room was clean. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Pillows accommodated my picky neck. We had one issue. Friendly courteous staff. Ravi made every effort to resolve the issue and he did. Our Room was conveniently located to take the dogs out easily. Food was adequate. Coffee was ok. I did not partake in pool or exercise room. So cannot rate. I would recommend this place. "

"Excellent stay. No front desk staff for about two hours in the very early morning (that we checked) but the staff we interacted with were wonderful, breakfast was delicious, and the room ideal. 5 Star Stay"

"Pool was very nice and had deep end for adults. Hot tub was good only thing is that when I was there it was closed for 2 out of the 3 days I stayed for cleaning. Breakfast was nice they have better stuff on the weekends such as a waffle maker and biscuits. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Only 2 things I had issues with was the hot tub taking so long to get cleaned and it was very hot on the 3rd level of the hotel. Other than that my stay was amazing and I would definitely come back as long as the hot tub is working :) "

"The staff are friendly and responsive. The Hotel adds additional amenities such as champagne upon arrival and coffee in the morning in the lobby which add to the charm of this facility. The hotel was clean and well appropriated. "

"Hotel is well maintained, some normal wear and tear in the bathroom as expected. The breakfast was delicious but wish it started earlier than 7:00AM as we were there for a volleyball tournament and had to be at the facility at 7:15 which allowed very little time to eat. "
