「Nice staff, good breakfast. Bed mattress was not great, had deep ruts from over use」

「Room was clean. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Pillows accommodated my picky neck. We had one issue. Friendly courteous staff. Ravi made every effort to resolve the issue and he did. Our Room was conveniently located to take the dogs out easily. Food was adequate. Coffee was ok. I did not partake in pool or exercise room. So cannot rate. I would recommend this place. 」

「First of all, the room I reserved and PIAD for was NOT available. I was put in a different room that did NOT compare to the one I paid for. Also, the bathroom door would NOT latch shut. Very disappointed in the whole situation! Definitely will not be staying at this hotel again. I do expect reimbursement for the difference in price between the two rooms.」

「The room we were in had a musty smell. The AC/heat unit would not stay on. My husband installs this for a living, so it was not user error. The smell and stuffiness made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was ok. The best part was the kind and helpful ladies at the desk. I do not know if all rooms are like this, but it was not what I expected for the the price we paid. 」

「Dated and dirty! Outlets hanging from the walls, phone didn't work, bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Not a bad area at all thankfully. Only 2 other rooms being rented on our side bit different cars were in and out all night from one of the other rooms....drugs or a hooker is the only thing that adds up. It's cheap though if you just need a place to crash!」

「Clean and the whole staff was great. From the overnight person who found us a room after our last one was infested with ants to nicole the lady helping with the breakfast was fantastic and remembered that i had a food allergy and made sure i coule have stuff. Great staff and will be back! 」

「Pool was very nice and had deep end for adults. Hot tub was good only thing is that when I was there it was closed for 2 out of the 3 days I stayed for cleaning. Breakfast was nice they have better stuff on the weekends such as a waffle maker and biscuits. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Only 2 things I had issues with was the hot tub taking so long to get cleaned and it was very hot on the 3rd level of the hotel. Other than that my stay was amazing...
