「It was quite disappointed that the Hotel receptionist declined our request to call for a Grab with the reason that they don't have the driver list. Actually, they might use the appropriate apps because our phone could not download the Grab Apps due to technical problem.
Moreover, hotel wifi sometimes was not connected.」
