This was our second stay at this exceptional property in Mahabaleshwar. This place is truly magical, from the minute you step into it. Check in during covid is set up outdoor next to conveniently located seating where the elders in the family could hang out while we waiting to check in. The staff at check-in was very courteous and offered us rose-water drinks to replenish. The villas are spaced apart with plenty of privacy, and if you’d rather not walk around the property, you can easily catch a...

It was an amazing hotel. The best I have ever stayed anywhere in the world so far. Amazing service, awesome pool, good city views what else you could ask for. What really differentiated this one from others was the automation and attention to details. Large size rooms at affordable cost with amazing city views.

Its the gym, sauna and cold shower.

Was good but had problems with shower and tv did not work

Awesome stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The property itself is so pretty. The staff very helpful and cordial. No matter where in the property if you happen to run into a staff, they'll always wish you warmly. The décor is charming without being ostentatious. In spite of being in the city, once inside the resort you get this wonderful feeling of being on a secluded hilltop. It's very serene. It's a pleasure to walk in the gardens or just wander around the resort. The outdoor piped music was soothing yet...

I was blown away by her professionalism and care for us. A young in house-keeping was amazing. When we asked for extra towels...

I visited Pune for the first time with my family and booked a 2 bedroom suite at the Marriott. While the beautifully spacious and artfully decorated suite was such a pleasant surprise, the service we received was truly unforgettable. I fell sick the night we checked in and the Manager Sagar promptly arranged for a doctor to come to our room, for a lab technician to do a blood test in my room and delivered the prescription medicines ordered by the doctor to my room along with multiple cans of...
