Overall a great pick if staying downtown Béziers

Excellent location on main street of Béziers. We arrived during the xmas market, best I have ever seen. Béziers Xmas market is a must see. Room was small but sufficient.

Great spot

Excellent hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and informative about local attractions alway going that extra bit to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is in a fabulous location just 10 minute’s walk from the train station. Would advise getting a room overlooking the courtyard as the square can be a bit noisy.

This property is well situated in the centre of Beziers. I went there for the light show and it is literally 2 minutes walk away from this in Jaures. The station can be walked within about 10 minutes. The breakfast was nice as well although the fresh fruit in the fridge looked very dry and unappetising. Parking isn’t bad either. The nearest underground car park was closed that night but I found space on the street about 5 minutes away easily enough.

Absolutely loved our stay! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a quick check in and check out process. The staff also called and arranged for a taxi to the airport - which was amazing seeing as we have a very limited French vocabulary. The hotel is very central and close to all the local bars and restaurants. Its also a very short walk to the spectacular Cathedral.

Where to start. The staff was just fantastic. The location was amazing. Right on the main boulevard, yet not noisy as it's mostly pedestrian traffic and it was walking distance to anything we wanted to do. 5 minutes to the train/bus depot. We really loved this place

un séjour médiocre

Dans la chambre qui m'a été affectée; il y avait une odeur très désagréable. La porte de la salle d'eau ne pouvait pas s'ouvrir complètement car le radiateur a été posé derrière elle, la douche est dépourvue de porte donc, même en prenant des précaution, le sol est mouillé dons utilisation de serviettes pour éponger, une des lumières de chevet n'a pas de globe de protection, de la moisissure sur un coin du bac à douche, la protection de la bonde de la douche cassée, le support de la pomme de douche sur la barre de douche inopérant, l'interrupteur du couloir couvert de crasse, la moquette du couloir tachée, le support de serviette derrière la porte ne tient pas. De ce fait, en rentrant de dîner, j'ai demandé de changer de chambre ce qui a été fait, mais dans cette chambre, le support des serviettes de toilettes très mal fixé. Tout cela, m'amène à dire que la Direction ne fait aucun contrôle de l'état des chambres, ne prend pas les mesures correctives, quitte à ne pas louer certaines chambres le temps de faire ces menus travaux. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas d'être classé 3 étoiles, il n'arrive pas à la " cheville " de l'hôtel 3 étoiles loué dans un pays frontalier avant mon séjour à Béziers avec un tarif de la nuitée équivalent. A part tous ces griefs, l'hôtel est situé centre ville pas trop loin d'un parking public;

Bilderna på hotellet är klart överdrivna, väl på plats trodde vi inte att det var samma hotell vi hade bokat som visas på hemsidan. Ett ganska slitet hotell som hade fräschats till med lite färg på väggarna. Detta lyfter dock inte intrycket utan får ses som ett lägre klassificering än den hotellet anger. Personalen var däremot mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och läget på hotellet var bra!
