En magisk byggnad. Ett gammalt distilleri som blivit hotell. Kunde varit topp. Men rummen känns opersonliga utan charm. Badrummet fuktskadat. Men på plussidan. Proffsigt mottagande i receptionen. Staff were positive and friendly however we had a burnt out lightbulb which didn’t get replaced. Lights in the lounge at night are low wattage and the lounge is poorly lit making reading difficult. Having said that - would we stay there again? Yes. Very handy to the village.

Très décevant. Personnel arrogant.

Hôtel très moyen au personnel mal formé et mal informé. À notre arrivée personne ne nous a dit que le spa était fermé pour travaux/entretien (ce qui faisait partie de notre critère de sélection de l’hôtel). On nous a dit que le petit déjeuner se terminait à 10:30 mais à 10h tout nous était retiré sous le nez. La réponse que l’employé nous a donné est que l’info avait mal circulé dans l’équipe (comme si c’était notre problème). Des clients sont arrivés passé 10h et se sont retrouvé devant un buffet famélique. L’attitude des employés était très arrogante dans un hôtel qui a besoin d’être sacrément rafraîchi et dont le rez-de-chaussée sentait gravement la piscine. Nous n’y’ retournerons pas.

Escapade à Pézenas.

Dans l’ensemble,c’est plutôt positif Salle de bain à rafraîchir. Il faudrait un peu plus de choix au petit déjeuner car c’est tout de même un 4* . Nous avons connu bien meilleur en Belgique et pour la même catégorie.

Une escale un peu décevante...

L'établissement a un beau potentiel et mériterait d'être mieux connu. Hélas, il semble un peu "vieillissant". Le mobilier, les sols, le confort des chambres, la piscine petite et mal entretenue lors de notre passage (des feuilles flottaient et le liner ancien et ne donnaient pas envie de se baigner n dépit de la chaleur). Dommage, mais tout peut évoluer. Et le sourire et la cordialité de l'accueil ont été très agréables lors de notre passage ! Alors, passez vous aussi.

Soirée étape par contre le petit déjeuner à 18€ ça ne vaut pas ce prix après chambre confortable et bien équipé personnel accueillant bonne isolation acoustique par contre douche qui fuie et finition à peu près mais bien placé en centre ville correct pour personne peu exigeante restauration sur place mais prix excessif mauvais rapport qualité prix

Nice hotel in a good location.

Nice quiet, secure location with parking within easy walking distance of the old town. Helpful staff. Very pleasant public areas and small swimming pool. Would certainly visit again.

Une déception énorme pour un 4 étoiles

Pour un 4 étoiles propreté plus que limite (tartre, WC avec trace etc), poussière non faite, le ménage n était pas fait correctement chaque jour (pas d aspirateur ni de balayage) odeur désagréable dans l entrée du bâtiment. Les services en appartement non respecté 1 porte manteau par personne 1 cuillère à café pour 2 une fourchette pour 2 un couteau pour 2. Je pourrais énuméré longuement les défauts, je ne recommande surtout pas cette établissement.

Sur les photos c est un cadre magnifique mais la réalité est tout autre. Pour un 4* jamais je n'ai vu autant d insalubrité.Le ménage n est clairement pas fait dans les chambres mais aussi dans les parties communes. Les plinthes sont poussiéreuses. Peu déjeuner avec tes peu de choix et vous choisissez les pâtisseries a la main,vous pouvez le pain a la bonne franquette sans co dituin d hygiène. La piscine ' est pas non plus nettoyée - trace jaune dans les coin + feuilles flottantes toujours présentes de la veilles sans compter un liquide ocre qui flotte en surface .. le must on vous fait prendre le déjeuner alors que le plafond grouille de moucherons dont certains sont bloquées par des toiles d araignées. Bref localisation idéale pour aller a pied dans la ville historique. Parking avec oeu de places - arrivez tôt si on galère a prévoir Il serait grand temps de remettre un coup de neuf a cet établissement et a envie her des femmes de ménage compétente et du personnel d entretien. Tous les bac a fleurs sont vides ! Choisissez vraiment un autre hôtel. Je regrette mon séjour. En plus vous faites remonter sur la chambre est sale avec des mouches ou autres insectes au sol et on vous répond que vous êtes limité un menteur... En tout cas,pour ma part, je vais mettre en demeure l'hôtel puis saisir la répression des fraudes pour l insalubrité de l établissement

Chambre au nom d’un des personnage de Molière, l’empreinte de l’homme de théâtre est imprégnée jusque dans le mobilier.
