Disappointing stay

Very tired small hotel, although it appeared the hotel was not Busy, we were put in a dark ground room next to kitchen at the back of the hotel, our window opened on to a courtyard where the staff were smoking, so couldn't open our window, the bedding smelt of smoke. We had 3 part almost empty toilet rolls, and grey towels (white)

This little family owned hotel is in the centre of Villeneuve, Restaurants were only a few steps away, and we had homemade marmalade for breakfast :-)
