Rooms are always spotless, well-supplied, with complementary water bottle (and access near elevator to refill with fresh water), and a nice chocolate treat.

This hotel is a great place to stay, conveniently located near everything you need. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and the train station is just a five-minute walk away. Whole Foods and numerous stores and restaurants are nearby, and the entrance to Hyde Park is close by as well. ...

Room was clean and warm. Toiletries and towels good. Very close to train line so light sleepers might struggle with the sound and vibration. The breakfast buffet was appalling.
