「On arrival, the main entrance was locked due to an event taking place around the hotel, so I had to find my way in through a side entrance. Reception then informed me I’d need a room key to use the main door, which doesn’t make much sense for a guest who hasn’t checked in yet and has no key. On top of that, water pressure in the shower was quite low, and at 8:30 AM on checkout day, there was nobody at the reception desk to check me out. 「Kamer was ruim en schoon. Incheck was erg vriendelijk. Kamers zijn erg warm en weinig mogelijkheid tot open zetten van ramen. Er stonden wel twee ventilatoren. Mooi binnen- en buitenzwembad. Wij vonden het restaurant zwaar ondermaats. Niemand komt je bestelling opnemen, via de app duurt zeker twintig minuten. Jongeman aan de bar was heel onvriendelijk. Tijdens ontbijt waren pannekoeken koud en hard, borden werden niet afgeruimd. Geen personeel om je welkom te heten.」
