"We used this property after a two week trip around France and western Germany for a one night stop before hitting Cite Europe in Calais. We were very pleasantly surprised at its convenience. We did stay on a Sunday which of course means that a lot of restaurants are closed, however the staff recommended a local establishment in the adjacent retail park called Lencart which is a make your own pizza and pasta place. "Mercury Arras is a wonderful hotel. Had all the amenities we could have wished for. On every floor is a free water dispensing unit - cold water, room temp water and cold sparkling water! Beds are very comfortable. Roo. Very clean. Good restaurant in the hotel. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely go back if are in Arras."

"The internet did not work. We stayed on the top floor, it was not strong enough to connect. Also, a number code would be useful to get in without the key card. We inadvertently left the key in the room and had to call someone to come and let us in. Clearly our fault and they were very kind and accommodating, and literally ran over without complaint. Otherwise, great location, very comfy beds, clean spacious room and lovely host."
