For a good price you get a nice room. The area is peaceful and near the wind creek casino which has good dining. Plus the staff is very nice.

This location was nice but the thin walls and lack of support from the desk staff ruined it. They put me across the hall from a family with small children and dogs. On top of that, the room next to me had two men arguing or yelling and the tv was way up. I called down to the front desk after about 10:30PM and no one answered. I called a second time and the young lady stated she would handle it. Sadly she never came up and did nothing. It was well after midnight by the time the two men stopped shouting, only for the family across the hall to get the dogs barking. Most of things clearly out of control of the hotel. However, refusing to address the issues is inexcusable.

When we first arrived and walked in our room there was a woman who was clearly high on some kind of drug in the courtyard screaming and swearing at the top of her lungs! Also you have to cook your own breakfast in your room with the groceries they have in a pantry near the lobby. The prices are astronomical!

We were happy with the room other than a broken baseboard in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly. We were disappointed that the pool was closed and we weren’t made aware before booking as it was a prime reason for booking this property. We would stay again

The rooms were exceptionally inviting. Comfortable setting made you feel like home. The only issue that gave me concern was on my arrival I generously tip the staff who helped me get wheelchair out of car. But when it was time to leave management told her staff they were unable to assist me because it's a risk for the hotel. But thank God for guest who were kind enough to assist me.
