「once I walked into the hotel the I got a whiff of the air conditioning put off a beautiful fresh clean aroma, that stayed the whole time I was there. I could not believe how nice it smelled and fresh was an extra niceness to my stay there」

「AC unit is flooding the sidewalk and parking lot. This is just as you arrive to the hotel. Inside the hotel the ice machine is flooding the hallway. Clean pool. Clean room. Comfy bed, I like the firm mattress. Breakfast was your standard cheap as can be free breakfast. Microwave heated egg patties, sausage patties. Biscuits but no gravy. Walmart brand yogurt cups. Coffee tasted burnt but it was just whatever brand they used. I've had excellent breakfasts at other hotels. Not talking about the...

「The property is old but clean. The parking is easy. Didn’t do breakfast so no input on that. Bed was comfortable. Nice working fridge. Had trouble with the shower not draining and they fixed it right away. Easy to get to, right off the highway. Would stay there again.」

「Large spacious room with kitchen and living room space. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and for breakfast service. Large, excellent diverse breakfast buffet, including things like salmon and the option to have a personal omelette ordered. Excellent central location at Broad Street, within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the Convention Center and River Walk. Free easy parking in front of the hotel in the parking zone along the center isle of Broad Street.」

「They were quick to accommodate my early arrival and made me as comfortable as possible. Truly enjoy my stay each time we come. We visit once a month and never regret staying in this hotel.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」
