Nice staff
It was our second stay at this hotel. I"d like to particularly commend the person helping with breakfast on 12/26 (sorry I did not get her name but as someone who previously worked in hotel management I think it is important to recognize employees going the extra mile). She was very upbeat and efficient and I observed her being incredibly helpful and kind with a couple of elderly persons staying in the hotel.

The hotel is decent, the restaurant downstairs has live music and great food. Our bathroom was too small and it was too cold in the room

Recently refurbished communal areas, standard pre fab ibis. Breakfast good, secure parking. Easy walk over the bridge to the main part of the city. If the price is fair a perfectly good base for a few nights

Nice surprise
Wasn’t expecting such a good trip to be honest. The hotel however was far better than anticipated. Nice central location with car parking underground. Rooms spacious at price point, comfortable bed and very clean and tidy. Maybe if I was picky a kettle for tea coffee would have been nice but that is being very picky. Service on arrival super; during stay super; at checkout and organising taxi and so on - fab. Breakfast was plentiful and restocked quickly be a very nice team. Great location with the city center in easy walking distance but public parking near by. Our room was well prepared and had the baby cot placed inside as requested. Breakfast was a great start into the day and the staff was extremely friendly. We'll stay here again!

Ideal for one night stay
Clean room with smart layout of shower room to provide more space in the bedroom. Plenty of amenities, towels etc. Polite staff provide cot bed for baby fully prepared wishing 10mins checking in. Easy to find car park but there was no lift up to reception so struggled with 2 children and 3cases up to room.

We stayed one night. It is a normal Ibis hotel. The hotel is located near the city center (walking distance). The room is comfortable and fairly clean.

Nice and central, staff neither good or bad, clean room but neither fridge to cool things nor a socket by the bed to charge things like a mobile phone. Breakfast lacked a cooked option eg eggs or sausages. Access with a car difficult as limited parking due to being on a main road,then the car park entrance is such that you have to go round the block to get there. No lift from the car park (problem for luggage or elderly or infirm).

Brand new and immaculate budget hotel
This would have to be the French version of Premier Inn Low price but faultless quality, beds , and staff. The building is obviously brand new and was built in modular style which produces an interesting but excellent bathroom experience Truly great shower cubicle !

Very nice modern rooms. Nice beds. Great location to walk into centre. Was there in the middle of the week and could not find anywhere else to get a good meal. Surprised to find the food was quite good there. Would not have parked there as there are plenty of car parks in the area which are much less expensive (although maybe not as secure).

Very convenient hotel
I go to Besancon about twice a year because of work and I usually stay at this hotel. It is good, conveniently located and has a very good restaurant. Being part of a chain, the hotel is with little character, but I liked it better than other hotels in the city. The breakfast is generous and very good. Both the city center and the train station are in walking distance.

Good value for money
The hotel is clean, staff courteous, breakfast very good. Cannot open any of the windows, air conditioning cooled the air only somewhat, and did not seem to remove the moisture very much, so we did not sleep as well as we might have. There is not a single restaurant or other service within 400 meters, so a walk is required to find an alternative to the hotel's own (good) restaurant.
