「Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Personal empfangen. Trotz der Sprachschwierigkeiten, die wir hatten, hat man uns doch alles sehr gut erklären können. Die Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür. Das gesamte Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Auch die Betten waren sehr gut. Das Frühstück war reichlich mit großer Auswahl. Wir können es weiter empfehlen 」

「Quaint, comfortable and welcoming place in a pretty area. Stopped on the way from Vienna to Warsaw and opted to stay in a typical local hotel. Hotel met our needs; we were welcomed and our room was spacious and clean. Check in was easy and we were shown the facilities of the roome. Really enjoyed eating at the hotel and also the great buffet breakfast. Helpful service; we speak no Czech and they were accommodating to explain things for us. I really enjoyed the experience.」

「It’s a very charming and relaxing hotel and spa!! 」

「A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year.」

「Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly.」

「Sehr schöne Appartementanlage, die an ein 5* Sterne Hotel angeschlossen ist. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr umfangreich und die Einrichtungen des Hotels wie Fitnesscenter, Schwimmbad und SPA können mit genutzt werden. Wünschenswert wäre die Verbesserung der Kommunikation mit den Gästen in den Appartements, so dass Änderungen seitens des Hotels, z.B. die Frühstückszeit am Neujahrstag auch kommuniziert werden.」
