"We came there, took a shower witch was good. Went down to the resturant and had a drink and then ate. The food was excellent, i had a white tail steak and it was perfect. Tender meat with oven roasted potatoes. Everthing was excellent and not expensive. We paid about 20 bucks for the food and the rooms was really nice aswell. Definitely recommending this to everyone. They have a pool/spa aswell with massage."

"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. That said, the hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. We really liked the sauna, the pool, and the room in general. It’s just disappointing that the hotel offers triple rooms for booking when they apparently don’t have them available."
