「Hôtel calme. Pas de restaurant le lundi et mardi soir et aucune solution de restauration à proximité. Le petit-déjeuner ne commence qu'à 7h30. Aucune solution si vous devez partir plus tot.」

「We arrived, and the host greeted us promptly and courteously. Showing us to our very clean room and bathroom facilities. The town of Spa is only a 10-minute drive away, as is Therme de Spa. Parking is free and you're allocated a space on arrival by the host. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. A pleasant and convenient stay, while on a European road trip.」

「The building itself is amazing, and the spa facilities are absolutely top-tier. However, the restaurant service falls short of a 5-star standard, despite the 5-star pricing. Service was incredibly slow, and we faced a language barrier as not all staff spoke English. For example, our pre-lunch cocktails were served with absolutely nothing on the side; when we asked for nuts, we were told they had none. We also had to explicitly ask for basic items like napkins.
