「O quarto era super confortável e banheiro era bom, tudo super limpo. Hotel com excelente estrutura, café da manhã ótimo! Funcionários excelentes! Conrado ( o concierge) foi espetacular e nos deu ótimas dicas. O transfer nos buscou na estação de trem e nos atendeu super bem tb no dia a dia. Super recomendo 」

「A room with a view and a welcome as warm as the setting sun. We had an idyllic night in the Inferno room. Well worth the small upgrade fee to be facing South and enjoy the same view that the vines enjoy all year round. The bed was very comfortable, the location was very peaceful and the Ill Poggerio restaurant is the perfect accompaniment to the tranquil setting. Breakfast is simple and wholesome. 「We (family of 4) stayed here for 5 days over the New Year and we can't say enough about the genuine, inviting, and fun nature of the staff. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. We would definitely return. 」

「I selected this hotel for its grandeur and alpine experience. It was a pleasure to walk around the hotel, and sit in the window nooks. The room had bedroom and living room and a kitchen! it was perfect temperature the whole time. Bed was comfortable. Pleased with the slippers. Son happy with the spa facilities. Clean throughout. Staff were friendly when you engaged with them. 」
