"Staff was excellent, especially young lady with braces! Room was great - very clean and we had an amazing view from up on the 10th floor. Love the location, 10 steps from the tram. My only complaint - and it’s with H2 across the board - is that the shower has clear glass doors and there’s a mirror directly across from it so you can see into the shower from anywhere you’re in the room. For a mother and her adult son traveling together, (and I would imagine for two friends, or pretty much any combo that is not ) this is not comfortable. "

"Great Team and welcoming and hostel. Wish I could of stayed longer than the one night. The bar area with the food and drinks looked amazing but sadly didn't get the chance but will definitely check it out next time. Location is a bit away but close to a Woolworths which brought alot of memories flooding back which made it totally worth it!"

"Clean, comfortable room, good breakfast, good location with good transport links nearby, the toilet/bathroom was not actually cleaned thoroughly during the time we were staying there - that was the only minus point I can make."
