Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. ...

Als wir einchecken wollten sollten wir sofort unsere 3 Übernachtungen und das Frühstück bezahlen wir waren es gewohnt immer am Ende zu bezahlen. Very nice resort

Overall we had great 24 hrs stay here with my friends. Staff was helpful, food was great, rooms comfy, pools and sauna very good, outside area for activities excellent.
