Terry Greene the afternoon/evening doorman was outstanding and very pleasant and helpful. He gets 5 stars from us.
The rest of our experience was rather disappointing for a Ritz Carlton.
Did not get turn-down service on 1 of the 3 nights. Had to actually request water one day, after room service was done.
I checked out a 4:00 AM, understandably early. However, there was only one person at the front desk, rolled up sleeves, no tie or coat. When I requested change of a large bill so I could tip bell man, I was told they carry no cash in the evenings.
I requested that someone go to my room to retrieve our bags. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to go up myself and bring the bags down.
Not what I would expect at a Ritz-Carllton.
