We understand that you were not satiesfied for which we are sorry. But we have to correct some points that are not our fault or wrong: Our bathroom is not creepy, we do not have any influence when our guests use it. We can not control what our guests or persons outside do 24h. Our rooms are cleaned regularly and definitively do NOT smell of urine! That would be the first time ever. One key does not open the front door and all rooms! Every key only opens the front door and only ONE room door. Each key is different because of that.

We are sorry that your stay was not to your satisfaction. Some points you mentioned are true but we openly communicate them and if you don't like them you have the possiblity to inform you about them ahead of your stay. That is: Shared Bathroom - true Trains - true (but is is the S-Bahn, which is not that noisy) But we have to disagree to some of your points: We are situated in a suburb of Berlin with industrialized houses which you will find in many areas of Berlin. That is not a bad area in itself! Furthermore we are not a homeless shelter! "Inconvienient everything"? Well, that's not very detailed to answer it! The restaurant (if you mean the Pizzeria) we cannot jude, it is near the Pension but it is not ours! The are independent, we are not responsible for them! What the problem with working class is we do not understand. We are not a luxury hotel but that is also not what we promise. There are many satiesfied customers who come back year for year. Even my own family sleeps here when flying from Airport Schonefeld. For them it's obviously acceptable...
