We were given a room that already had someone staying in. Then we were moved to a ground floor room with little lighting. The lamp wasn’t working at all. Maintenance and housekeeping walked in twice without knocking while we were in bed… the hotel was okay and rooftop bar staff was great but our room experience wasn’t memorable.

Check in quick and easy, room 328, so bit of a walk to room, but good size compared with other rooms we passed. Clean and well presented. No tea and coffee facilities in room, did say you could ask for a kettle. Did not book breakfast in advance and wished we had, as cost €47 on morning for 2, the breakfast was more continental than cook. Great Italian straight across road, highly recommend.
