Short trip to Berlin to help our Son move here to study his PhD. It can be difficult to find self catering accommodation with 2 bedrooms and this place ticked the boxes Clean, tidy, economical and a really good Cafe on the ground floor called Rudi’s

Very clean, spacious and nicely furnished apartment with good wifi. Short walk to s bahn with regular trains into and around Berlin. Ok area, a few reasonable places to eat and v habdy supermarket. Was further out from Berlin than ideal for a week as the travelling each day got v tiring, but we knew this when booking- its reflected in the price

So noisy with trolley that ran til 1am. No screens to keep bugs out. No parking - parking across the street was under construction. Construction started at 1am for an hr with drilling and loud hammering. Hot n cold shower, never stayed same temp. Had to move to another place, could not sleep due to constant loudness.

Lack of communication and terrible costumers service. The entrance security code was emailed to me just an hour before midnight on the very same day of my check in!! Spent several hours in front of the building trying to get ahold of someone to get my code, the phone was never answered, at 11pm finally someone answered and activated the “cardboy” to get my entrance card. Ridiculous!!

Das Zimmer hätte wie von anderen Gästen beschrieben sauberer sein können. Überall auf dem Boden war es dreckig. Der Rest war in Ordnung, es war modern eingerichtet und der Check-In war auch sehr angenehm.

近くの施設で行われたカンファレンスに参加するため宿泊しました。ブランデンブルク空港からも近く、トラムの駅も目の前にあり、電車・バスの駅も近くて移動が便利でした。 Googleの口コミには「夜18時過ぎの無人チェックインがわかりにくい」とありました。宿泊24時間前に連絡が来るとのことでしたが来ず、トランジット先でメールを催促したらすぐに返信がありました。その後は問題なかったです。 目の前は大きなスーパー、近所にはおいしいイタリアン、朝や昼には教会の鐘が鳴るなど、とてもドイツらしい日々を過ごすことが出来ました。またカンファレンスに参加することがあればこのアパートに泊まりたいです。

La habitación es super chula, muy bonita y no es nada caro y mas si vas varios días porque al tener cocina equipada, que tiene hasta lavavajillas y mesa para comer después. Esta bien comunicada hay un metro que te lleva al centro de la ciudad, eso sí el hotel está a las fueras de ahí el precio, pero aun asi por esa zona hay un montón de restaurantes.
