I only stayed one night. The staff was pleasant and everything was clean. Clientele was pleasant as well. The property was well maintained, and parking was easy. It's on a main road with plenty of places to eat or relax within a 10 minutes drive. The breakfast was simple yet satisfactory. I had a room with a kind size bed. The room was large considering the adorable rate. I would stay again if visiting the area.

My partner and I had a great stay at the Best Western New England Inn in Berlin, CT. The room was large, very clean, and had good amenities and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked in late on the first night (after calling ahead) and the young woman at the front desk was courteous and efficient. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and the location is close to all of the beautiful towns along the Connecticut River. We will definitely stay there again when visiting the area.

Great place for couples with kids, if you're a couple and don't plan to use the indoor pool it is a bit overpriced. breakfast ok.

Friendly service. Only thing I really did not like is that the outdoor lights shined brightly directly into the room on the ground floor.

It was perfect for our stay to go and visit family . The pool looked half decent, but what was great. It was open till 11 PM even though we didn’t get a chance to use it. The breakfast was good too

Great budget friendly option
Bed was comfortable, water pressure excellent, breakfast a little better than average. Having a microwave and fridge in the room is always a plus and the whole place was spotless. Couple of very minor problems (TV, door keycard) that front desk put right immediately and politely. Good budget friendly option. Only drawback is location, you won't want to walk anywhere, right on a turnpike with no restaurants or stores close by.

The stay was ok we had to wait 15 mins to check in and there was constant smell of marijuana in the hallways and people smoking it outside. Other than that everything else was ok. Might consider staying again.

Okay stay aside from dirty floors
I stayed here a few years ago since it’s near family. Both times were okay overall, but the carpet was gross in my room this time as if it hadn’t been vacuumed recently. The person I was traveling with said the same about their room. Less annoying: my room was near the elevator, and I heard people constantly in the morning.

Nice hotel
This is a good hotel and with big rooms and nice typical hotel breakfast. I was concerned that the security deposit charged during check-in was not immediately returned to my credit card days after check-out.
