Es hat alles super funktioniert mit dem spätcheckin, das Treppenhaus hat uns etwas an dem Rest Zweifel lassen, würden dann vom Zimmer positiv überrascht, schöne Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit war okay, trotzdem hier und da ein paar Kleinigkeiten die verbesserungswürdig sind wie Haare, an der Duschwand oder auf dem Boden, Silberfische im Bad. Das Personal freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die aumgebung sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig..

Hotel maravilhoso!!! Tudo novo, limpo, organizando! Boa localização próximo a mercado e restaurantes. Bairro tranquilo! Mas o principal foi o excelente atendimento da recepção, muita simpatia, educação, nos deram um mapa com os pontos turísticos e o rapaz da recepção nos ajudou sinalizando no mapa todas as estações do metro e pontos de ônibus pro nosso roteiro. Vou recomendar para todos esse hotel!!!

Alles in allem eine schöner Unterkunft. Leider war sie zu meinem Aufenthalt, sodass man versucht hat mich in ein nicht so schönes Hotel umzubuchen. Als ich dieses abgelehnt habe, wurde mir aber ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt!

Wir haben 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir wurden erst in ein Zimmer geschickt, welches noch nicht aufgeräumt & sauber war. Dies haben wir der Rezeption gemeldet und haben sofort ohne Probleme ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. An Sauberkeit mangelt es nicht. Das Zimmer war schön geräumig. Was wirklich schrecklich war, war das Kissen. Wer Schlaf benötigt, sollte sich sein eigenes Kissen mitbringen. Alternativ kann man auch eins mit den vorhandenen kleinen Dekokissen basteln :) Die Lage war jetzt nicht top für einen Kurztrip aber ist ok. Wir haben in der Silvesternacht von der U-Bahn Station bis zum Hotel E-Roller genommen. Auch ein Erlebnis für sich :)

Das Personal war sehr nett!! Wir waren ganz oben mit eigenem Zugang zur Dachterrasse, was allerdings bedeutet hat, dass wir immer die Vorhänge geschlossen halten mussten. Milchglasfensterfolie wäre gut gewesen. Das Bett war in der Fensternische und hatte deshalb keine Nachttische. Also keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und kein Licht am Bett. Etwas mühevoll für die älteren Semester. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Alles in allem haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Apenas o check in não foi agradável já que cheguei à noite de domingo, e nao fui avisada q tinha q entrar em contato antes para efetuar o self check in! Mas o quarto é bem amplo, chuveiro bem gostoso e cama maravilhosa! Pra ser nota dez,podia ter utensílios de cozinha e um microondas!

Leider konnte ich die Reise ,wegen Krankheit ,nicht antreten. Vom Hotel wurde mir ein Gutschein angeboten, den ich bis jetzt noch nicht erhalten habe. Sobald sich die Lage in Deutschland sich entspannt hat werde ich den Gutschein einlösen.
