「Our room’s carpet was extremely dirty—after walking on it, the bottoms of my feet actually turned black. We also had ongoing issues with our key cards and had to have them reactivated every day of our stay, which was very frustrating.
Housekeeping service was not provided daily, and we were told that we needed to request it when we wanted our room cleaned. We requested that our room be cleaned and that we receive fresh towels, but no one came that day. We had to ask again, and housekeeping...
「I like the pool which is open till 10pm. Guests can still swim for late check in. There is no lotion only shampoo and conditioner. Bar soap is so hard to wash off so slippery just towel off. It might have so much moisturizer. There is a fly in the room. I like the beds and shower. The fridge is big, you can put enough food and drinks. Breakfast: there is cereal but no milk. Milk came when we are all done eating. Staff are nice .」
