"This location was outdated and terrible. I'm not sure how they dont get audited and shut down. On top of that, they charged me an additional $50. Because I checked in early. I booked the hotel at 1210am n checked in at around 0100am. They said it was hotel policy, but I don't understand how they are enforcing that policy but then they don't care to follow their policy on cleaning the hotel and specifically the rooms correctly. They should definitely reimburse me my hotel stay. I unfortunately was driving for a long period of time to care to fight it at the time of arrival and just stayed till 0730am. "

"The staff is amazing. They are polite and professional. We discovered bugs in the room (ants & spiders and a few flying bugs that we didn't know what they were). We called the front desk and a maintenance person came to spray in about 15 minutes! We didn't see anymore bugs in the unit however when we went upstairs, we discovered a pile of bugs near the washer. I took a video and showed the front desk. She was mortified and asked me to send the picture and video to management. I did and I have not heard anything. I wanted to speak to them instead of writing this review. I would have thought someone would reach out. "

"Short stay, room was clean, staff was friendly, close to William and Mary and restaurants. "

"Pros: The staff were excellent and very friendly! Cons: The pool was closed for the entire duration of our stay for unknown reasons. The bathroom (specifically around the toilet area) was not as clean as I would have expected. The couch in our room had suspicious-looking stains on it and none of us dared to sit on it."

"Very pleasant stay. They were very accommodating to our requests. The room was updated and in a great location. Sales pressure was not bad at all and it is a very lovely resort. Will stay again when weather gets warmer. "

"While affordable, this hotel was not the best. Elevators were slow, so we often used the stairwell, which was quite dirty with clumps of dirt throughout. Would be easy enough to just get someone out there with a broom to clean it up. Breakfast was very disappointing - powdered eggs, no fruit to be seen, and lackluster sausage. Our room wasn't in the best shape either - with the ceiling by the shower looking like it was getting soggy."
