"Beautiful Hotel, but I was put in the older wing. Had to go down, then walk the take another elevator to my room which was fine, but the main light took 30 sec to turn on when entering. For an expensive hotel, that was not fun stumbling around trying find another switch to work"

"Hotel Carlton aces all the basics for a great price. The bed is comfy. Rooms are remodeled with mid-century decor. Plenty of towels, soaps, and tissues are provided. Every room has a fridge, and kettles are available by request. The staff is friendly too. The location is central, although you must know Found Hotel Carlton is on the edge of the tenderloin, so the homeless and local business conditions reflect that. Also yes, the walls are thin but it didn’t bother me. There are 9 floors, so I recommend requesting an end room on floor 6+. All in all, I highly recommend Found Hotel Carlton."

"The room was okay, though not particularly clean. The staff were friendly, but because the property is so large, they couldn’t always respond promptly. It’s a decent place to stay as long as you don’t have exceptionally high expectations."
