"Our main issue was that our check in was at 3pm and we got there at 2:50pm and the doors to the hotel were locked and no staff was there. Apparently they all left at noon that day! Luckily some people happened to walk out of the hotel so we could get in and we were able to find our keys were left on the counter. We never really interacted with staff our entire stay which actually didn’t bother us. So yeah, except for being locked out originally it was great."
"I didn't feel it was a four star hotel! The food was okay, the room was compact and not built as a family room.
The good thing about it is that the people were helpful and very welcoming.
If I was to stay there again, it would only be for one night and I wouldn't choose to pay for the breakfast."
