Small hotel, the welcome was cold, like I was disturbing them. Room is ok, but breakfast is not available. Will not stay here again.

I am still waiting for correspondence from the hotel. We arrived earlier than when the check in opened, tried contacting via the number given with no joy. The kind gentleman next door in the farm shop allowed us to use his toilet as we had travelled from Belguim and the building was locked and access was via an access code on the keypad which we had not been given. I have messaged through Expedia numerous times with no response and we ended up sleeping in our car in the hotel car park as they never responded to us. Absolutely disgusting to still not have had a response from anyone and am waiting for confirmation of a refund! No apology or anything. Very disappointed as we had walked nearly 2 miles from Kamen station to our car, only to have nowhere to sleep. Hopefully on reading this somebody will actually respond to my messages.

Ich kam sehr spät an weil ich im Stau stand, und nach einem Anruf von einem Hotelgast beim Hotelbesitzer ich hatte nämlich den Handyakku leer, kam er extra her und hat mir reingelassen. Bett war sehr bequem, Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen weil ich früh zu einem Termin bin.

Positiv: Für die eingeschränkte Sauberkeit - bei uns wurde die Dusche nicht gereinigt - gab es für uns als gesamte Gruppe eine Kaffeeflatrate. Dennoch stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. 96€ für 1 Nacht ohne Frühstück ist für ein Doppelzimmer mit sehr kleinem Bett (geschätzt 140 cm breit und 190 cm lang) zu viel. Dafür bekomme ich zur gleichen Jahreszeit beispielsweise am Chiemsee ein Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück

Ein absolutes Top-Hotel. sauber, modern eingerichtetet und ruhig gelegen. Der Chef mit seinem Team sind freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort, kommen aber mit Sicherheit wieder

Ein kleiner Schatz in Deutschland

Elegant eingerichtete Hotelzimmer. Exzellente Küche, also wirklich exzellent, nie bessere Küche in einem Hotel gefunden (außer Michelin Star Hotels/Restaurants). Super freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal wie hoch der Stresspegel gerade ist.

Uitstekend verblijf.

Keurig verblijf. schone kamer en sanitair. Vriendelijke en goede bediening. Fantastisch eten. Enige minpunt was geen ontbijt mogelijk. Eigenaar gaf als verklaring : Corona. Aangezien het restaurant wel open was vond ik dat een zwak argument. Verder voor herhaling vatbaar!
