It was about a mile from the train station. If you don’t hame a luggage to stroll it was ok distance to and from the hotel. Airport was around 3.5 miles to the hotel but it costs over 30 euros to get there by taxi. If I didn’t have luggage I would get to the airport by bus. Simple breakfast. There was no cattle no fridge or coffee in the room. There was a cattle and microwave in the lobby. It was a clean and large room, Large bathroom.

The room was dirty and poorly maintaned, like the rest of the structure which was probably undergoing some refurbishment. One of our rooms smelt of sigarettes.

Easy access to and from city centre; walkable. Rooms are a decent size. Beds are comfy. If ever back in Bergamo, will be booking here again.

Our room was amazing, 2 double beds was brilliant for our family when usually my child gets a converted sofa in hotels. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment. Plenty of vending options, including microwave meals if someone needed anything, although I'm not sure why you wouldn't just get a pizza in Italy! Walk into town was pleasant enough, but I hadn't realized when booking how far away the old town was. Parking was expensive at €10 per night but it was in a secure underground garage so I guess that's why.

Hotel not too far from the station
A good hotel. Breakfast available. Liked the position of the hotel. Got a taxi from station 10 euro. Arrived by airport bus. Went to the old town and used buses and venicular. 72 hour ticket 14.90 euro. Got train to Milan 48 mins.

Very disappointing
Staff really friendly and 1st impressions of room were good. However, on closer inspection the bathroom shower area was covered in mould & the sink area wall was stained and plaster was missing in parts. The room was also infected with mosquitos which kept me awake all night and the neighbouring guests were so noisy, slamming doors all night long. I’ve stayed here before and liked it, but this time was very disappointing so I won’t be staying again. Awful experience.

For what we saw as we left very early the next morning, room was a good size but a very small TV for the size. Free use of a safety Deposit Box but the shower was a little tired

It was ok for us for staying one night. It’s a 10 min walk from the train station and bus station (if planning on going to the airport). It’s slightly far from the historical/top part of the city but it’s still manageable walking (30-40min). We had an issue with the usb port that wasn’t connected to power and it never worked.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I didn't realise there wouldn't be any drinking water or hot drink making facilities in the room, and no where to get hot drinking water. I had to pay for my morning coffee from a machine and bottled drinking water. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had a lot of mould in it. I could hear someone in the room showering very Kate at night, which kept me awake.

I arrived at Milano Bergamo airport and had a train in the next morning, hotel has a great location, super close to the train station, 2 stops by bus from the airport plus 4 min walking! I arrived after 11pm so I did the check in on the machine by the door, super easy as the staff provided full information by email. Excellent place for a short stay!!

Overnight in Bergamo
This turned out to be a good choice. Front desk staff were excellent, didn't even question me turning up early. Decent room as long as you remember you're by the railway. Short walk to station for trains to Milan or buses to the airport. You could get the bus around town to but i walked.
