I usually love staying with Jet Luxury at Vdara, but this stay in the Parlor room was a major letdown. The AC barely functioned, and the unit showed significant wear and tear including loose tiles lifting off the bathroom floor and missing shower sealant. The layout was much smaller than pictured, the view was just the parking lot, and account services weren't working for our room. Disappointing experience compared to my past stays here. Needless to say I will not be booking this room again.

The room was missing couple of light bulbs and lots dust around the area.
The shower door did not fit properly so water leak out to floor.
