Located close to night life & the beach. Good clean hotel. shower was small & I'm not a fan of Louvered doors on the toilet hearing every thing going on.

Adequate for short stay.

Refurbished bathroom whilst small was adequate for a short stay. Bed was comfortable and storage space adequate for short stay. Room needs redecoration and new carpeting. TV only had french stations and pity no tea or coffee making facilities. Excellent secure car parking on site. Bar well presented. Did not use the restaurant facilities.

Very nice hotel for £60/ night, clean and spacious room. Dinner at restaurant was excellent! Good size portions. Nice to have a bar and restaurant open on a Sunday evening when most of France closes down all day. Shame hotel.com allows hotel to advertise the spa and pool as part of the hotel rate when there’s a 35€ fee for the use of the pool and jacuzzi.

Okay for location.

This hotel is in a lovely place and very close to the beach. I was shocked to find out it was an extra €35 to use the pool. When you book a hotel because of the pool ypu don't expect to pay extra.

This hotel is a grand old lady from 1930’s. She is classic. The parts we saw have been restored in keeping with the original style. Our room was clean and a good size with ample storage space and work area. The bathroom was compact with everything necessary fitted in! We ate out but returned for coffee and a drink. They were both excellent and good prices. We found parking in the same street and paid a euro for the privilege. Berck_Plage is a seaside town and very busy in the summer. The hotel is away from the main area so was quiet. Main area and beach start within 250metres.

Le site n indique pas ou alors très discrètement que l espace est en supplément donc déception,,,les chambres sont mal insonorisées il manque des degrés a l espace spa ds la piscine et au jacuzzi au prix exige néanmoins l équipe de l hôtel est très agréable et le logement est propre a proximité de la plage et des commerces

Très bon hôtel

Hôtel parfaitement situé, proche du front de mer et du centre ville. Chambre propre mais un peu vieillissante au niveau de la décoration. Pas très insonorisée donc dépend du respect des autres résidents. Personnel sympathique et entrée rapide.

Nous avons été très déçus car la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos indiquées sur le site. La salle de bain était très petite, certaines serviettes étaient tachées et il en manquait car nous étions 2. J'ai dû en demander d'autres le premier jour. Le lendemain, encore la même chose car tachées également. Sous le matelas, il y avait des papiers, mouchoirs usagés etc. Aucun geste commercial n'a été fait pour ces désagréments. Décevant...

Hotel très agréable proche du front de mer. Chambre spacieuse. Accès au spa facile très apprécié. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Il vaut mieux éviter le restaurant qui n'est pas génial.

Séjour décevant malgré une bonne literie

Nous avons passé un week-end dans une chambre standard. Premier bon point : la literie était très confortable, ce qui est appréciable, d’autant plus que nous sommes deux personnes de forte corpulence. Malheureusement, cela reste le seul aspect positif de notre séjour. L’accueil a été glacial, sans sourire ni courtoisie. À notre arrivée, on nous a annoncé qu’il n’y avait pas de place de parking, car il fallait réserver à l’avance – l’hôtel ne disposant que de 22 places pour l’ensemble des clients. Un minimum d’amabilité aurait été le bienvenu. La chambre, pour un hôtel affichant 3 étoiles, était dans un état de propreté inacceptable : toiles d’araignées (avec araignées incluses) et surtout une douche envahie par la moisissure.Moquette abîmée egalement.À 250 euros pour deux nuits, c’est tout simplement inadmissible. Enfin, aucun mot lors de notre départ sur la qualité de notre séjour. On nous a simplement réclamé la taxe de séjour et tendu la facture avec un "bon retour" mécanique. Aucune attention, aucune considération. Un vrai problème d’accueil et de propreté dans cet établissement. Très décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing.

J'ai réservé une chambre pour mes 2 petits-fils de 11 ans et moi-même. Le personnel a été très aimable et très professionnel. Nous avons très bien dormi au calme et dans de bons lits. Petit déjeuner correct . Nous avons apprécié.
