「room size is good，but no services at all，for four days，we only have one soap，breakfast was extremely bad，very little items, we did not eat it, and it started at 8.30, strange, will never come back again.」

She asked when I checked in if we wanted housekeeping services and then we never got it (not a big deal, the only thing that really meant was the bed never got made and we could have used an extra towel). 3.
