「When I was looking for hotels for our trip we wanted a swimming pool our first hotel was amazing!!! Got to our second destination in Cleveland, TN, hotel clarion had a pool but unfortunately the water was green the whole 2 days I had it for, we did not get to enjoy it, very disappointing and I let the clerk at desk know all he did was apologize. So needless to say probably would not stay there again.」

「Was told my reservation wasn’t working right so he said he would refund and book again for the same rate. I was charged full price and have tried to call to fix it several times with no answer」

「Room was clean and everything worked. Lacked some basic things like coffee, iron, hair dryer. Usually had to wait for someone to appear at front desk. Attendants at desk were behind a glass barrier, which made communication difficult. At night you could only stand on the side walk and talk through a glass barrier.」

「It was somewhat worn; the room wasn't cleaned properly before being handed over, and there was an accumulation of grime.」
