We are not picky. And so, it was fine. Clean, quiet, front desk was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was all carbs. Nothing but grains, waffles, toast, cereal. The mattress was very comfortable, we would stay here again.

The room was clean and looked nice. Our only complaints; we found our smoke detector on top of the safe rather than in its place on the ceiling and the lack of elevator.

The staff was amazing the rooms were clean the floors in the rooms need shampooed. The area is not in the safest area we left a few hrs after checking in Benton Harbor MI area isn’t as safe and as nice as it was three years ago.

The elevator didn't work so toting 5bags up the stairs with my Sciatica on Fire was a treat the man at the desk did offer to help but since he was the only one at the desk I declined. The morning shower on day one was luke warm at best but warmed up by the second day. Ample parking in front and relatively clean. Overall a very quiet stay

I was going to post pictures, but i didnt want to embarrass the team of people that were genuinely kind and helpful. The property is run down, with peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, and a mildew odor. This property needs a lot of love but, the location is ideal!

Stayed one night while passing through. Bed was comfortable with good linens. Clean room and bathroom with decent towels. Friendly staff. No elevator so if you have back issues you should request a room on ground floor. Breakfast was okay - products were probably from a dollar tree store (honestly). Would stay one night again if there’s no other options.

Booked for holiday weekend only 10min drive to the beach and town hub, staff was very nice and accommodating. The first room they put us in was kind of messy and dirty - it looked like it hadn’t been stayed in in some time. But we asked to be moved and we they apologized and put us in another room and the second room was perfectly clean. The surrounding neighborhood is run down and ghost town like but the Walmart is right next door and a couple fast food restaurants around. Overall a good stay for a fair price

The hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. The shower only worked if it was turned to hot. The tv remote didn’t work. However the room seemed to be clean, the bed wasn’t real comfortable. Wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel needs to be renovated.

It was clean and the front desk staff were pleasant. I could not get the television in the room to work correctly. It turned on but the remote did nothing to actually get a channel to watch. Also, the clock in the room was not set correctly and impossible to set to the correct time. Totally unusable. Fortunately, I only needed to be there for a few hours before sleeping for the night and leaving the next morning. Will not choose to stay there again.
