The property itself is very nice and modern. The entire property was clean and well maintained. The property is also very quiet. No noise from upper floors or outside. The room was nice but, wasn’t very big. The size was for ok 2 people but, would be cramped for more than that. The room views aren’t great but, for the price, it’s tolerable. It’s about a 10 minute trip to downtown St Joe, which isn’t bad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I travel solo for business & I felt safe! The dining area was out of a lot of things & newer staff was overwhelmed but they were super sweet so that made up for it. Management - help out your newbies!

We got to our room and started to put things away. Found out the fridge did not work and while checking to see if it was plugged in I found food, socks, water bottles, and trash behind the desk under the TV. I have a picture of needed.

Lack of staff. You call the front desk and are put on hold. No one ever comes back. You have to go down to the front desk to get service and you wait in line. Our first room was not made up. They had to switchus to another room. Our second room was not serviced the second day, bed was not made, room was not cleaned and no towels were replaced.
