The room smelled terrible, as if someone smoked cigarettes in it, which was weird because it is a no-smoking hotel. I was with my teenage daughter, so it was undesirable. We were only there for one night, and I am not a complainer, so we dealt with it. The cable/TV was old and very difficult to use. We couldn't access the guide unless we turned the TV off first, then once we turned it back on, the guide would come on, and we had to memorize the channel we wanted because once we chose the channel, we could not access the guide again unless we turned the TV off.
There were people outside our hotel room throwing a ball and hitting our wall, which was annoying. The man at one point started listening to loud music and dancing and "rapping" in the parking lot right outside our window, and this lasted for about an hour.
