The room was clean and comfortable with a microwave, refrigerator, some dishes, and plenty of space. It isn’t fancy, but was a nice place to stay a couple of nights in the Waitomo area.

Location was good. Definitely needs upgrading. Toilet kept running. Bodum coffee maker supplied but not enough coffee to make even one cup. We would not choose to stay here again.

The chalet was very nice, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the in-room washer and dryer! Note* the dryer does get VERY hot on cotton/regular mode. We tried out the hot tubs too-very nice!
