「Beautiful vies from room」

「The staffs are very friendly andcready to assist whenever there is a question. The hotel located in upper mountain but with buses organized by the hotel to drop and pick up from sorento, it's suite convenient. We had a very good time!」

「The hotel is gorgeous. The pool is a highlight. There are many sitting area throughout the property surrounded by flowers and under lemon trees. They regularly have live music with bar service which was an evening treat. If I return to Sorrento again, I will stay here again!」

「The hotel was perfectly placed just a short stroll from the main pedestrian area, lovely pool on the roof and large, well maintained room with a balcony overlooking the lemon grove. We’ve been lucky enough to stay in a few places but, hands down, the customer service by the concierge and reception staff was the best ever received - friendly, polite, attentive, chatty and couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome and informed. A credit to the hotel, thanks for having us.」

「Good central location close to Sorrento train station and main shopping street. Buffet breakfast with beautiful dining area. The hotel is old and dated fittings could be visibly seen in the room. We disliked the air-con & ventilation most, as according to reception, it would function only when we set it at least 2 degree higher than current in-room temperature. We wanted anything below 24 degree and end up not having ventilation for the night.」

「Nice smaller hotel in the heart of the town just off the lively main square (Tasso) with amenities including air conditioning, lounge area and a beautiful rooftop pool and terrace. Great place to relax. We could walk easily to numerous restaurants and cafes. Due to our schedule, we ended up staying in several different rooms and all were agreeable with French doors to enjoy the sounds of the nightlife. Breakfast was included and more than enough variety.」

「It was our 1st time to Italy and Sorrento. I cant say enough about this hotel and the staff!!! From beginning to end it was wonderful! Theresa was so helpful and accommodating, always checking in on us when she saw us!!! Breakfast was abundant lots of choices! Pool was a bonus with a little bar for drinks and snacks..I only wish we could stay longer if I had know i would have..but we will be back..we stayed for 4 days and we were sad to go..」
