Unfortunately upon arrival at 3pm we were unable to get in the lift for 10 minutes to get to our room as the cleaner insisted on going up to other floors & down to lower ground with trolleys full of washing. "Friendly staff but facilities are a bit old and deteriorating. Most important thing is there was only one time of changing of beddings and towels no matter how long you staff there for unless you pay. In addition, having a washing machine in the apartment is a good idea for those long stay."
