The staff in Santa Faz were very welcoming and helpful. A big thank you to them. Daily maid service. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and drinks and was included in the price I paid. The hotel itself has an original charm to it. It's location in the Old Town area is spot on. Just a few minutes from the many bars, the Walking street and shops, and of course the beaches and headland. I will certainly be looking to stay there again. It's non-fussiness suited me down to the ground. 24 hour reception was great and really handy as I was staying there with 2 other friends, so there was no worry about loosing keys as we could all come and go independently. The aircon worked. The water pressure was good. Free strong wifi and a bed. What more could you want or expect from an excellently priced hotel in the middle of Old Town. Any external noise was expected as a lot of the bars in the area are open late into the night. I am looking forward to booking again. A BIG THANK YOU to all the staff at Santa Faz

Goed hotel enkel de plaats om te ontbijten is te klein voor heel het hotel,5 tafels voor 45 kamers. Jet beleg dat bij het ontbijt hoort is beperkt , kom je wat later eten heb je niets van beleg meer buiten het zoete.

Great value for money

Only stayed for two nights but its exactly what you'd expect from such a cheap hotel, I'd definitely use it again. Bedding was clean, staff were polite and it's located perfectly.

Perfect location for the old town.

Small room but clean and well equiped. Excellent buffet breakfast to start the day off. A little noisy at night but to be expected with such a central location.

Great location

Excellent location but the women on check out was a right cow, other than that it was great.
