Very friendly and efficient receptionist, big cafe and excellent choice for dinner and breakfast just for £6 extra. But I was disappointed with the room. It was clean and comfortable but interior with only one window opening to the window of the opposite guest bedroom. If I knew I would get such a room I would not have selected this hotel.

Hotel Olympus is away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm town. Walkable in around 10 minutes. Food really good just a shame that evening meal doesn’t start till 7.30 pm.

Pity about the parking ......

Excellent on most points, from friendly helpful reception to tip top design, function and cleanliness of the rooms, including balcony and full sliding doors for seaside ventilation. However, the 'Parking' at €10 per night, one of the prime reasons for booking this hotel, was full and I got the feeling it was always full. In fact I could not see access to parking by or under the hotel anywhere. Parking is notoriously difficult in Benidorm and I think we were deceived. Even so, I would not fault the hotel on any other point.

El mejor hotel que he estado. La entrada nos la hizo Mariví creo que se llama. Encantadora simpática y gestionó la botella. La habitación muy bien, y el buffet de lo mejor que he visto. La.bebida gratuita en el buffet que no lo he visto en ningún otro hotel. Un diez en todo y volveré siempre que pueda. Los camareros del buffet siempre muy atentos.

O Hotel é bom no geral. Mas tem somente dois elevadores o que gera um problema para quem é idoso e nao consegue subir e descer as escadas. Os quartos sao confortaveis para lugar de praia. O estacionamento é pago. Ele fica um km da praia do poniente. Da para ir andando.

Sorprendidos!!! Muy amables,desde el primer momento hasta el final.Todo el personal de maravilla, pero nosotros nos hemos fijado en Toni,el de recepción.Sin tener todavía el habitación porque hemos llegado un poco antes de la hora prevista,nos mandó a comer😋🙏🍺, preocupado por donde hemos aparcado el coche,para no tener sorpresas, explicando por letras,como va las cosas. Al final, salimos felices,con ganas de regresar en algún momento!!!Un abrazo por todo el esfuerzo que dais,cada día ,cada momento para regalar momentos inolvidables a los que se pasan por vuestro hogar,Hotel Olympus!!!

La atención fue buena, pero no volvería.

La verdad, por las reseñas que leí, esperé más de este hotel. El trato de los trabajadores fue A1, el problema es que es un hotel con antiguo, a mi parecer. Fui con mi hijo de 12 años, pensando que las animaciones serían divertidas para él, pero eran para adultos. Después, en la hab me dejaron una jarra hervidora que estaba super super sucia, las camas eran un tanto duras y el aire acondicionado era antiguo, de a ratos no enfriaba. Debo decir que lo rescatable de los 3 días de mi estadía, fue el desayuno y el trato de los trabajadores de recepción, las señoras de limpieza, los del comedor, todos fueron muy serviciales y amables. El buffet de desayuno fue muy variado, a diferencia del buffet del almuerzo, nada variado, solo dos paellas y frituras, no hubo nada de carne y de pollo, apenas alas. En distancia estaba a 15min aprox de la playa poniente andando.

Estancia buena, en general, aunque podrían mejorar algunos aspectos, tratándose de un hotel de 4 estrellas: goteras en el comedor, tacos del billar de la cafetería, cucarachas en pasillo, comedor y baños. El personal de recepción, salvo una señora, eran agradables. Esta señora les contestó a los niños que si pensaban que el wifi era gratis, cuando no habían clicado la casilla del recibir publicidad.
