「Throughout our stay, the manager and staff were unable to assist the guests. We tried calling the manager several times, but she neither answered nor returned our calls. During our checkout, four staff members came to inspect the property before returning our deposit. The staff appeared unfriendly and rarely smiled, making the experience less welcoming. 」
