Cleanliness not upto the mark..food except south Indian items is a disaster..we ordered food from outside after day 1 when we tasted the north Indian food here..so u can imagine...other staff especially house keeping and front line are good and very helpful

I was there for a very short stay. I didn't use their facilities at all. Did not even have the food there. Location is good. It's value for money. Though I feel room carpet needs to be shampooed.

The first room I assigned was stinking. I have requested for clarrification on thenext day booking, the front desk never cam eback on their own. Only after I enquired they told they do not have rooms and they will rejct my Orbitz booking. But they never settled with Orbitz and I have been charged by Orbitz

2 night's stay at Tulip INN

rude staff who asked me to pay up the entire cost upfront despite being a senior citizen travelling with wife who is also a senior citizen. The reason cited by the lady was that people run away after their stay without paying the bill and that they will have to bear such costs!! They can differentiate people for this purpose, I feel. The bed was small though they claim it to be King Sized! The bed was so soft that I found it difficult to get up as my body was sunk in it. very uncomfortable. The A/c was put off and I had to complain to restore the comfort.

FRONT DESK, ROOM SERVICE AND CLEANING WERE GREAT. THOUGH ROOMS ARE SMALL, THE SERVICES OFFERED COMPENSATES FOR THE SAME. ONLY ISSUE THEY COULD NOT HELP WAS TV CHANNEL AND EXTENSION OF CHECKOUT.

Great Hotel at best prices

It was a nice clean hotel with modern interiors and friendly staff. Nothing more you can ask for in the price range. Very happy with the staff and hotel. Would definitely recommend it.

Our group of 5 had a nice stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed drinks and dinner on the rooftop terrace and appreciated that their was secure underground parking.

Comfortable stay at a good value.

Clean, modern hotel with a warm shower and decent bed linens. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooftop restaurant was a nice place to enjoy breakfast or a drink.

Stayed a total of about 7 days split over multiple reservations as we were traveling back and forth through Bangalore. We had 2 different rooms - both were fine. One had a more comfortable bed but a shower that overflowed. The other had a more firm mattress but the shower did not overflow. Excellent location for our needs to be near family. We only had dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. Would stay here again.
