Stayed for 2 nights. Bed was comfortable. Room service was great. Enjoyed the free breakfast and lunch. Location wise it is in the prime location, close to shopping, restaurants etc. Will definitely recommend for couples and single guests.

Nice property is wanting a city stay, the single beds are very small and and took up majority of the twin room. Excellent location, good food downstairs and nice bar upstairs. You get disconnected from the wifi the second you check out so if booking a cab etc, ensure you do this prior to checkout.

Good location, friendly helpful staff, breakfast was disappointing poor quality and bland. Room was adequate but booked the studio room asked for twin beds apparently no twin beds in hotel!! and actual bed is more double than Queen photos flatter to deceive, Couldn’t find any Premium tv channels. Overall ok stay but wouldn’t stay here again.

Surprisingly Pleasant

Surprisingly Pleasant - Great location and very helpful staff especially if you are an out of town visitor. Easy access to the shopping malls, metro rail station. Very good customer service. Attached restaurant helps. I like the ambiance of the place. Impressive food options for vegetarian and non-vegetarians. Rooms were kept clean, room service was prompt. The room prices were competitive. Overall quality of service at the hotel and staff were commendable.

Friendly accommodating staff

Dining staff gave good service. Good selection on the breakfast bar with fresh cut fruit available. Note: Breakfast is not served until 7:00 a.m. Dinner in the restaurant was also good and reasonably priced. Room was comfortable. Only downside of our 3 night stay was two men in the room next to us talking loudly till 2am, and their cigarette odor coming in our room. (There was a for joining the 2 rooms.)

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The health club is not in the premises but a 10 minute walk away. The Wifi was slow.

Clean and comfortable

The rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff is very helpful but make sure to double check any taxi bookings. The first day we stayed here, the taxi was late by more than one hour. However, the next morning the staff were very helpful in arranging a last minute taxi to the airport at 5 in the morning. Just make sure to double check with the hotel staff and DON'T believe the drivers if they tell you that you don't need to speak with the hotel about transport bookings! While the room and bathroom were comfortable, the only thing that we found disturbing was the music playing outside in the hotel corridors at night after 9pm. As our room was not sound proof, wish they would stop the music after 9.
