Old hideous rooms
Rooms are very old. Bathroom tiles are old and full of cracks. Not worth the amount you pay to stay at the hotel.
The room was spacious unlike other hotels where it's cramped, clean, good good and professional staff. Had a nice time staying here. Highly recommended.
The very hotel front reception were very unprofessional in dealing with customers and came across very quick and a bit rude at times but got the job done even if it took longer than it should have. The inclusive breakfast in the dining room is all vegetarian, room service offers chicken sausage and eggs. We had a run in with a monkey coming in our room due to us closing but not locking the window. They managed to get it open and steal our bananas and oranges which they saw on the window ledge. The hotel had them replaced before we returned to our room from our day of sightseeing. House keeping staff were very attentive and offered to clean the room everyday and to change the towels. Overall experience was good.
